Bump-In & Bump-Out

For your event styling, florals, music set-up and anything else.

Bump-in access

</aside>

• Bump-in to The Grove is available from 2pm on the day prior to your wedding. This gives you and your vendors plenty of time to bring your vision to life ahead of the big day.

Bump-out timings

</aside>

• Bump-out takes place the morning after your wedding, with a relaxed pace to match:
  • All accommodation guests need to be checked out by 11:00am
  • Any recovery brunch/bump-out activities are to be wrapped up by 11:00am
  • Any personal items, florals or styling pieces inside The School House must be removed by 11:00am (our cellar door reopens to the public at 12:00pm on a Sunday)
  • If any furniture has been moved during the event, please ensure it is returned to its original position by 11:00am
• Please ensure all styling items and equipment are removed from the property
• All spaces should be left clean and undamaged

Self-styling

• If you're self-styling your event, we allow a maximum of four people onsite within your reception space to bring your vision to life
• This helps us maintain safety and ensure the space remains calm and manageable
• Please confirm your arrival time with our team prior to your stay
