When can we access the property?

You can access from the property from 12pm the day prior to your wedding to commence bump in.

A relaxed bump-out the day after is available - accomodation guests need to be checked out by 12pm and recovery brunch/bump-out to conclude by 2pm.

How many guests can we invite?

Different spaces on the property have different capacities:

• The School House - 30 Seated/45 Cocktail
• The Grove - 150 Seated/180 Cocktail
• The Homestead Gardens - 180 Seated or Cocktail
• The Vineyard - 180 Seated or Cocktail

What is curfew?

Music and drinks service conclude at 11.30pm so that all guests who are not staying within Mayfield’s accomodation are offsite by 12 midnight. Only those who have accommodation onsite at the property are allowed to remain onsite post midnight. This is to respect the property and it’s surroundings.

Do you offer special mid-week wedding rates?

Yes we absolutely do! For mid-week weddings we provide a substantial discount on venue hire price to allow couples to still get wed at Mayfield Vineyard on a smaller budget. Please check out our wedding info kit and packages for our full pricing breakdown.
